Purchasing a Theme

Our themes can be purchased through the Zendesk Theme Marketplace. This marketplace provides two types of theme licenses: Standard and Developer.

1. The Standard license permits modifications solely through the theme's built-in settings,
2. The developer license grants access to the theme’s actual source code.

Initiate a 14-day trial for any theme on the Zendesk Theme Marketplace to explore its features. During the trial, the themes are accessible in the Theme Library under the Guide Themes section. Post-trial, purchasing the theme is necessary to employ it as your active theme.

Themes purchased through the Zendesk Marketplace will be automatically installed in your account.

Pricing for each theme is a one-time fee.
