Do Themes Affect Content?

Installing one of our themes doesn’t impact your existing content or the content management functionality within Zendesk. You can still manage Articles, Categories, and other elements using the Zendesk Editor as usual.

After installing our themes, you’ll gain access to additional features, including enhanced visual components.

Content and access to your Help Center remain unaffected by customization and installation processes. You can review and publish the changes at your convenience, with the immediate effect of those changes once published. After theme installation, the content of your articles, sections, and categories will remain the same and be displayed in the new design.
